followProfile.com offers digital business card and mini-website creation services. All offerings are digital only—no physical product or shipping is provided. While we support NFC functionalities, we currently do not ship physical NFC cards. Customers are notified of this in advance.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Profile Picture (optional)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your credentials with others.

4. Ethical and Legal Compliance

All user activities must comply with Indian laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Gambling or addiction-related products/services
• Pirated, unethical, or counterfeit products & Services
• Any service or content violating Indian government acts or policies

Special Instruction

• If you are a doctor or you are as a hospital owner, or you are as an any medical representative, or any other related to health you should follow all the rules, regulation and guidelines of Indian government.
• In any other business categories you should follow the government rules.

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are processed through third-party gateways like Razorpay, PhonePe, PayPal, etc., set up by the user.
• Users must integrate and manage their own payment gateways, no payment Gateway will be provided from FollowProfile.com Team
• The super admin's payment gateway is not available for any user transactions.
• As all services are digital, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• We do not believe in any scam or any fraud with customer. Read our terms & conditions and refund policy before making any payment. For more help, please contact our support email id and mobile number.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases involving:

• Suspicious, illegal, or unethical activity
• Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement
• Misuse of platform features or third-party services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology on followProfile.com are owned or licensed by us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by:

• User errors or negligence
• Third-party payment gateway issues
• Unauthorized account access
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures)
